Professional Services Consultant

About the role

Join Check Point’s Professional Services team to help large customers integrate, design, and optimize high‑end security solutions. You will work on complex network environments, travel to customer sites, and ensure successful deployments of cutting‑edge cyber‑security products.

Key responsibilities

• Consult large customers on product integration and design.
• Implement, migrate, upgrade and optimize Check Point products in complex network environments.
• Develop methods of procedures and low‑level designs that meet customer criteria.
• Create test plans, test new features and products, and validate them before production rollout.
• Troubleshoot Check Point solutions when required.
• Assist with customer production cut‑overs outside regular office hours.
• Deliver product training and workshops to customers.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, TAC and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience with IP‑based networks, network design and security products.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and cyber‑security concepts.
• Solid understanding of routing, switching, load balancing and security technologies (firewall, VPN, IPS, anti‑virus, application control).
• Customer‑oriented post‑sales experience with face‑to‑face service.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts, work independently and communicate clearly in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work without employer sponsorship.
