About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI‑driven startup transforming the industrial supply chain. As an Operations Specialist you will be the front‑line recruiter for light‑industrial positions, using our platform and AI feedback to source, screen and place talent across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI‑based feedback to source, interview and place candidates for light‑industrial roles.
• Coordinate with the Territory Operations Team to understand client staffing needs.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls to workers on the app, ensuring shift coverage.
• Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and clients.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates and internal teams.
• Perform repetitive daily tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Adapt quickly to demand spikes with minimal downtime.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in an operations‑focused or recruitment role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple critical tasks simultaneously.
• Results‑driven mindset with ownership of outcomes.
