Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global HR team. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, assessing, and guiding both technical and non‑technical candidates for internal positions and client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online profiles to evaluate overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, video call, LinkedIn or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal and technical interviews, send invitations and keep records up to date.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to verify qualifications, experience, and motivation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience; recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Experience with online or phone sales techniques is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT industry head‑hunting is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
