Manual QA Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our client’s development team remotely from Latin America. You will work closely with designers, engineers and product owners to ensure the quality of web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and document test cases for UI, functional and regression testing.
• Validate web and mobile applications across multiple browsers, devices and operating systems.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Use SQL to verify application data and conduct database testing.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Maintain test artifacts in a continuous integration and delivery pipeline.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to improving testing processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional manual QA experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong background in testing web and mobile applications.
• Experience with API testing and SQL.
• Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams on large, complex systems.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
