IT Agile Project Manager II

About the role

The IT Agile Project Manager II leads medium‑scale, moderately complex IT projects with minimal oversight, driving end‑to‑end delivery in an Agile environment. The role is responsible for planning, forecasting, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring project outcomes meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Agile and hybrid IT projects from initiation through closeout.
• Establish and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with IT teams through Agile events, Jira boards, and project artifacts.
• Align scope, priorities, dependencies, and schedule commitments with business sponsors and IT leadership.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and schedule trade‑offs, providing visibility to teams and stakeholders.
• Provide clear status reporting and recommendations to stakeholders and leaders.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple IT teams, vendors, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with TNC IT standards, governance checkpoints, and delivery frameworks.
• Support release planning, change management, and adoption readiness.
• Contribute to Agile, project management, and portfolio process improvements.
• Partner with the Agile Center of Excellence to grow agility in project management methods.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead medium‑scale, moderately complex IT projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing projects across Agile, hybrid, and non‑Agile teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to align scope and priorities.
• Autonomous work style with a collaborative mindset across IT and business units.
