About the role

ChildFund is seeking an HR Manager I to coordinate and support human‑resources service delivery for Ecuador and Bolivia. Based in Quito, you will partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with the country’s strategic plan.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate HR service delivery across assigned countries.
Work closely with the Country Director and Senior Management Team to drive HR strategy in line with annual operating plans.
Collaborate with the HR/Admin Assistant in Bolivia and the Global HR Shared Service for service delivery.
Report directly to the Regional HR Business Partner, Americas.

Required profile

Degree in Human Resources Management, Communication, Organization Development, Talent Management or a closely related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications are a plus.
5‑7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years managing multi‑country HR procedures and strategies.
