HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a versatile HR Generalist to support our growing team. This remote, independent‑contractor position will help attract talent, maintain a positive culture, and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates for multiple positions and source vendor partners.
• Conduct screenings and interviews, manage the recruiting pipeline and candidate tracking.
• Promote and sustain a positive team culture.
• Assist new hires with onboarding and licensing processes.
• Create content for LinkedIn, social media, and company blogs.
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as emails, calls, and messaging.
• Manage CRM systems, KPIs, and employee performance tracking.
• Support bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll operations.
• Coordinate international contractor payments and compensation calculations.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to assess candidates and foster employee engagement.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administration preferred.
