About the role
We are looking for a versatile HR Generalist to support our growing team. This remote, independent‑contractor position will help attract talent, maintain a positive culture, and ensure smooth HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates for multiple positions and source vendor partners.
- Conduct screenings and interviews, manage the recruiting pipeline and candidate tracking.
- Promote and sustain a positive team culture.
- Assist new hires with onboarding and licensing processes.
- Create content for LinkedIn, social media, and company blogs.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as emails, calls, and messaging.
- Manage CRM systems, KPIs, and employee performance tracking.
- Support bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll operations.
- Coordinate international contractor payments and compensation calculations.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Ability to assess candidates and foster employee engagement.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administration preferred.
