Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to own the candidate experience for both internal and external openings. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, ensuring a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate proactively with candidates, keep them informed, and build strong relationships throughout the selection process.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview feedback.
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and soft‑skill fit for tech and non‑tech roles.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Serve as the central point of contact during client interviews, relaying information between candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide accurate, high‑volume candidate data to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain candidate engagement.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
