Executive Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Executive Search team. This fully remote position focuses on identifying and attracting senior‑level talent for both internal needs and client organizations, helping shape high‑impact teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to source executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Support offer negotiations, placement processes, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate data.
• Stay current on market trends and talent insights to refine sourcing approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with executive‑level searches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Comfortable working in a remote, distributed environment.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
