About the role

BairesDev is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Executive Search team. The role is fully remote and focuses on identifying, assessing, and placing senior‑level talent for both internal needs and client organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Manage offer negotiations and coordinate placement processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks to source qualified talent.
• Stay updated on market trends to refine recruitment approaches.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
