Executive Headhunter – Remote (US Market)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead senior‑level searches for our global clients. You will work remotely, partnering with hiring managers to identify, assess, and place top executive talent that drives strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluations to determine candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Manage the full offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively source candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting US‑based candidates for commercial roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
