Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead senior‑level searches for its global client base. You will work remotely, partnering with clients to identify, attract and place high‑impact leaders across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively source top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple search assignments.
• Advanced level of English.
