DevSecOps & Azure Technical Leader (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a DevSecOps & Azure Technical Leader to design and secure the cloud infrastructure that powers global applications. You will work remotely, collaborating with a high‑performing, multicultural team to embed security across the entire CI/CD lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure Azure infrastructure across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
• Architect identity security frameworks using Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Create hybrid cloud networking solutions (VPN, ExpressRoute, SD‑WAN).
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Bicep.
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Defender for Cloud.
• Lead container orchestration architecture on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related fields.
• Expert‑level knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its security services.
• Strong background in identity management and hybrid networking.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and container orchestration.
• Advanced English communication skills.
