Coordinador/a de Nómina – Quito Norte

About the role

The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end payroll process for the Quito Norte location of DULCAFE S.A. This role ensures that all employee compensation is calculated accurately, processed on time, and complies with Ecuadorian labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the monthly payroll cycle, including data collection, processing, and distribution of payslips.
• Supervise attendance records, overtime entries, and any payroll deductions to guarantee correct payment amounts.
• Validate remuneration calculations, benefits allocations, and statutory contributions for each employee.
• Ensure full compliance with legal obligations to the Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social (IESS) and the Ministry of Labor (MDT), including timely filings and payments.
• Prepare month‑end closures, generate detailed payroll reports, and provide necessary information to the Finance department for accounting and auditing purposes.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of hands‑on experience in payroll administration or coordination.
• Strong knowledge of payroll calculation methods, IESS regulations, and reporting requirements.
