Over de functie

Als Assistent Selectie ondersteun je het HR‑team bij het uitvoeren van innovatieve wervings‑ en ontwikkelingsprocessen. Je draagt bij aan de selectie, introductie, evaluatie en groei van medewerkers binnen de organisatie.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Bijdragen aan het HR‑programma met focus op selectie, inductie, evaluatie en ontwikkeling.
Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en bijwerken van functieprofielen.
Beheren van rotatieprocessen binnen de organisatie.

Gewenst profiel

Vereiste vaardigheden

Ervaring met Microsoft‑utilitaire (bijv. Office‑pakket).
Bekendheid met software voor psychotechnische tests.
Kennis van competentiemanagement.
Vaardigheid in het opstellen en beschrijven van functieprofielen.
Ervaring met rotatiebeheer.
