Asesor de Protección Financiera y Patrimonial – Seguros Offshore (Quito)

About the role

We are looking for motivated commercial advisors to promote financial and asset protection solutions for offshore insurance clients in Quito. The role is freelance and focuses on generating high‑value sales while building a sustainable client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients interested in offshore insurance and financial protection products.
• Provide personalized advisory services, explaining product benefits and regulatory aspects.
• Maintain and grow a network of contacts to continuously feed the sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets through high‑commission sales.
• Collaborate with the training team to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales goals.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
• Active professional network and ability to build client relationships.
• University education (completed or in progress) in finance, business, administration or related fields.
• Minimum two years of commercial experience, preferably in finance or insurance.
• Proficiency in English.
