Analytics Engineer – Remote

About the role

INDI is looking for an Analytics Engineer to bridge data engineering and analytics. You will build clean, tested, and documented data models that enable analysts and data scientists to make data‑driven decisions. This fully remote position offers the chance to shape the data warehouse architecture for a fast‑growing, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data models using dbt to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries for high‑performance processing in Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Apply software‑engineering best practices—version control, testing, and documentation—to data transformations.
• Collaborate with data engineers on ingestion pipelines and with analysts to define key business metrics.
• Maintain and improve the data warehouse architecture for scalable, reliable reporting.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in data modeling and building clean, documented data models.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Hands‑on experience with dbt for data transformation.
• Advanced level of English.
