AI Machine Learning Engineer - Remote - Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver cutting‑edge AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as LangChain.
• Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques and manage vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Deploy and scale AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ensure production‑grade reliability.
• Document architecture decisions, workflows, and best practices.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and version‑controlled codebases.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, contribute to internal libraries, and support Agile/Scrum delivery cycles.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record with large language models, prompt engineering, and generative AI.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure and production deployment.
• Strong ownership mindset, ability to work 40 hours per week remotely, and comfort in Agile environments.
