AI Engineer (Mobile) – Remote

About the role

Join BairesDev as an AI Engineer focused on mobile, building innovative AI‑powered Android applications. You will work remotely, driving product ideas from concept to shipped features in a fast‑paced, ownership‑centric environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑agent orchestration systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar open‑source frameworks for Android apps.
• Develop production‑grade Android applications with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Work autonomously from product concepts through to feature delivery.
• Contribute across full‑stack layers and navigate unfamiliar codebases as needed.
• Lead multiple new AI‑powered mobile product initiatives simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Self‑directed product engineering mindset, able to work from brief specifications without extensive guidance.
• Comfortable working across full‑stack layers and learning new codebases.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
