About the role

We are looking for dynamic freelance insurance agents to represent a leading local and international insurance agency in Quito. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, promoting a portfolio of financial and asset protection products, and generating income with no ceiling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to sell insurance solutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Present insurance products clearly and professionally.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency’s revenue.
• Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve product knowledge.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive to earn high commissions.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
• Active network of contacts and proven commercial potential.
• Completed or ongoing studies in finance, administration, business or related fields.
• Preferably experience in banking or insurance sectors.
