Operations Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI‑driven startup focused on modernising the industrial supply chain. As an Operations Specialist you will help source, attract and place talent for light‑industrial roles, working closely with our Territory Operations Team and the workers using our app.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI‑generated feedback to source, screen, interview and place candidates for light‑industrial positions.
• Coordinate with the Territory Operations Team to understand each client’s specific staffing needs.
• Make high‑volume calls to workers across multiple time zones to secure shift coverage.
• Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and clients.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to both candidates and internal teams.
• Perform repetitive daily tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
• Adapt quickly to demand spikes, minimizing downtime.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations‑focused role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong work ethic and ability to juggle multiple critical tasks.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling and repetitive workflows.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
