About the role

We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Search team and help identify senior‑level talent for BairesDev and its clients. This fully remote position focuses on sourcing, assessing, and placing leaders across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to locate executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage placement processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks to source qualified talent.
• Stay updated on market trends to refine recruitment approaches.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to assess candidate fit effectively.
