About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will act as the bridge between client services, sales, and the broader recruiting function, ensuring that pre‑vetted technical candidates are matched quickly and effectively to ongoing IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for open IT positions, from sourcing to placement.
• Analyze, filter, and prioritize candidates in the talent pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Write concise candidate summaries and edit resumes to showcase relevant experience.
• Coordinate communication with clients, client services, and sales teams to align expectations and timelines.
• Maintain a focus on time‑to‑market and revenue optimization while ensuring high‑quality hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with a process‑driven, business‑focused mindset.
