About the role
The HR People Support Administrator joins CARE’s People Support Unit in Quito, providing frontline HR customer service to staff worldwide. You will act as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle from onboarding to retirement.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to employee questions and requests regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other services.
- Manage and resolve employee concerns across the full employment cycle.
- Coordinate with the Payroll Team to ensure accurate processing of payroll matters.
- Utilize CARE’s HR programs, procedures and policies to deliver consistent support.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions in HR systems.
Required profile
- Strong ability to work with HR software and MS Office applications.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proven record of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Professional, diplomatic and customer‑focused attitude.
