Bilingual Call Center Agent

About the role

As a Bilingual Call Center Agent you will manage customer interactions in English, provide accurate information and ensure an excellent service experience. You will join ACC’s bilingual campaigns supporting a U.S. client, fully understand the company’s service portfolio and advise customers on in‑home care solutions, both non‑medical and skilled nursing services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English, delivering clear and courteous assistance.
• Provide accurate information about in‑home care options, including personal, custodial, and skilled nursing services.
• Utilize internal tools efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Meet quality, productivity and compliance standards consistently.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
• Organizational skills and accurate information management.
