Talent Acquisition Associate (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will help shape the candidate experience by conducting initial outreach, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles to determine basic fit for open positions.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and guide them through the process.
• Schedule interviews, send invitations, and keep the recruitment system up‑to‑date.
• Support interviewers by providing candidate background information and assessing qualifications.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Advanced level of English.
