Talent Acquisition Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to become the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will conduct initial interviews, evaluate fit, and guide applicants through our hiring process, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online profiles to assess overall suitability.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send calendar invites, and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Conduct first‑round interviews to validate experience, interests, commitment, and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Strong communication abilities in English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Talent for building rapport with diverse candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
