About the role

We are seeking a full-time Senior Account Manager to join our fast-growing marketing startup. In this client-facing position you will conduct video calls with small-business owners, guide them through our platform and ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct back-to-back video and phone calls with clients, maintaining a professional on-camera presence.
  • Own onboarding, support and ongoing communication for your portfolio of accounts.
  • Ensure clients understand the platform, stay engaged and achieve their goals.
  • Track action items, follow through on commitments and keep internal systems up-to-date.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, handling client questions, follow-ups and escalations.
  • Identify gaps, issues or opportunities and proactively propose solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to relay client needs, product feedback and success blockers.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention across all accounts.
  • Represent the company professionally on camera daily (clean background, good lighting, polished appearance).

Required profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, client success or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong marketing background with the ability to speak confidently to small-business owners.
  • Highly proactive with strong follow-through and ownership.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Comfortable being on camera and on the phone for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
  • Ability to handle high call volume and fast-paced client interactions.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRM and internal tools.
  • Must have a reliable computer and strong Wi‑Fi connection.
  • Fluent English speaker.
