Account Director – CRO

About the role

Power Digital is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead its Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) practice. In this senior role you will manage a portfolio of clients, guide strategic decisions, and drive growth through data‑driven experimentation and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for CRO initiatives, identifying opportunities and evaluating risks.
• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional pod of UI/UX designers, developers, and account managers.
• Analyze client data, design experiments, and oversee platform implementation to improve conversion performance.
• Engage with clients to communicate insights, recommend tactics, and align CRO efforts with business outcomes.
• Support indirect management by coaching team members and ensuring cohesive collaboration.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience leading CRO or growth‑marketing projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking, risk assessment, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams.
