Remote Marketing Specialist – AI‑Enabled Workflow Design

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Marketing Specialist focused on designing and managing AI‑enabled workflows for enterprise production. You will play a key part in driving pipeline generation and brand visibility by creating scalable, efficient, and high‑quality marketing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage systems for intake, processing, and optimization of production requests.
• Own end‑to‑end production projects from request through delivery.
• Develop and maintain automations and integrations for related workflows such as surveys and content audits using AI and no‑code tools.
• Maintain workflow documentation, version control, and ensure brand and quality compliance across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing projects.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with AI tools and workflow integration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives, familiarity with no‑code/low‑code tools, and background in B2B or tech marketing.
