Growth Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead integrated B2B SaaS campaigns that drive pipeline for our partner company. The role will design full‑funnel initiatives—from webinars and events to eBooks and reports—and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive messaging and high‑impact creative.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute full‑funnel campaign strategies for major product launches, webinars, in‑person events, eBooks and reports.
• Define target audiences, messaging, channel mix, goals and success metrics.
• Create detailed campaign plans and timelines aligned with growth objectives.
• Collaborate with internal contributors and external contractors to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Monitor performance in real time, optimize campaigns across channels and report results.
• Maintain alignment between paid, owned and earned media to generate high‑quality leads.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience managing B2B SaaS growth marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track, interpret and act on performance data.
• Ability to work quickly, think strategically and own outcomes end‑to‑end.
