About the role
Valatam is looking for a bilingual Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support its Latin American clients. This fully remote, full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm EST) offers the chance to create and manage content across major platforms while collaborating with a certified Great Place to Work team.
Key responsibilities
- Create and design posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using Canva.
- Maintain content calendars and schedule posts.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp and track performance.
- Support advertising strategy and generate performance reports.
- Execute social media strategies and handle related tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- 1‑3 years of experience in marketing support or social media.
- Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.

What we offer
- Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696‑$1,044 per month (experience‑based).
