Remote Bilingual Marketing & Social Media Assistant

About the role

Valatam is looking for a bilingual Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support its Latin American clients. This fully remote, full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm EST) offers the chance to create and manage content across major platforms while collaborating with a certified Great Place to Work team.

Key responsibilities

• Create and design posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using Canva.
• Maintain content calendars and schedule posts.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp and track performance.
• Support advertising strategy and generate performance reports.
• Execute social media strategies and handle related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing support or social media.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
