GSI Partner Director

About the role

Camunda is seeking a GSI Partner Director for the EMEA region to lead the integration of its automation and orchestration platform with Tier 1 Global Systems Integrators. Reporting to the Senior Manager, GSI Partners, this individual contributor role will shape partnership strategies, build dedicated practices within GSIs and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale automation/orchestration practices inside Tier 1 GSIs, embedding Camunda technology into their service offerings.
• Design and execute partnership models, joint value propositions and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Enable GSI teams through training and enablement programs, ensuring they can identify and sell Camunda‑based solutions.
• Generate partner‑sourced pipeline by launching targeted business initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with regional partner managers, partner marketing and sales to secure GSI advocacy in strategic deals.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling technology practices with Tier 1 Global Systems Integrators.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Willingness to work remotely and travel as needed across the EMEA region.

Required skills

• Experience with enterprise automation/orchestration platforms (e.g., Camunda or similar).
