Account Development Representative (ADR I) – Nordic Region

About the role

Camunda is expanding its sales development team and seeks an Account Development Representative (ADR I) for the Nordic region. In this fully remote position you will help generate a high‑quality pipeline for the sales organization and contribute ideas to shape the SDR function.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within the assigned Nordic territory and keep Salesforce data clean.
• Create and prioritize target account lists for the region.
• Identify and generate outbound sales opportunities.
• Qualify prospects for enterprise interest and coordinate qualification with Account Executives.

Required profile

• Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role.
• Growth mindset, grit, and intellectual curiosity.
• Strong comprehension and awareness of market dynamics.
• Nice to have: technical interest, adaptability to a fast‑changing environment, and a collaborative team attitude.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
