Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for its global client base. You will work remotely, partnering with clients to identify, attract, and place high‑impact leaders across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Manage the full offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively source top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Knowledge of multiple industries and executive‑level roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
