Talent Acquisition Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to serve as the first point of contact with candidates. In this remote position, you will conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate profiles, and guide applicants through our hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online information to assess overall fit.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations, and maintain up‑to‑date system records.
• Interview candidates to validate their experience, interests, commitment, logic, and common sense.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
