About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our Vice President/President/CEO remotely from LATAM or the Caribbean. You will work closely with senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, events, and reminders across multiple time zones.
- Screen, draft, and respond to emails on behalf of the executive team.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reports.
- Conduct business research and prepare concise summaries for decision‑making and client outreach.
- Maintain and update contact databases and CRM systems with accuracy and discretion.
- Answer and route calls professionally, serving as the first point of contact for stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports, meeting agendas, and follow‑up tasks.
- Support special projects and executive‑level personal tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive or senior administrative assistant.
- Professional English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- Resident of LATAM or the Caribbean and comfortable with fully remote work.
- Demonstrated stability, commitment, and eagerness for career development.
