Technical Account Manager – MEA

About the role

Camunda is looking for a Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted technical advisor for its most strategic enterprise customers in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. You will guide customers through the full lifecycle of Camunda adoption, helping them translate process orchestration goals into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for designated enterprise accounts, overseeing onboarding, implementation, and ongoing operations.
• Develop and execute customized technical adoption plans that align with customer business objectives.
• Provide hands‑on guidance, best‑practice recommendations, and advisory services to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Conduct platform health checks, identify execution risks, and manage escalations to ensure smooth, scalable deployments.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Pre‑Sales—to drive measurable outcomes.
• Spend up to 50% of time on‑site with key accounts during critical milestones to deepen relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with enterprise customers on complex software adoption projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high visibility and impact.
