Senior SEO & Website Design Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO & Website Design Specialist to lead strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You will create and implement SEO campaigns while designing and optimizing websites that deliver measurable traffic and conversion results. This hands‑on role blends technical expertise with strategic thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients.
• Design, build, and continuously optimize client websites in alignment with SEO goals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and comprehensive technical audits.
• Improve site structure, content, internal linking, and on‑page design for higher rankings and conversions.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver clear, actionable reports.
• Lead monthly client video calls, providing updates via reports or Loom recordings.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude to accelerate workflow, content planning, and execution quality.

Required profile

• Clear, fluent spoken English for client communication and video calls.
• 3+ years proven SEO experience with a strong portfolio of website design work.
• Agency experience is a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs and familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Comfortable using Claude and other AI tools within SEO and design workflows.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Confidence presenting to clients on monthly video calls.
