Senior Mobile Developer (Kotlin & Swift) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer with deep expertise in Kotlin and Swift to join its talent network. You will work remotely with U.S. clients, integrating directly into their product teams and collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define architecture and implement scalable solutions.
• Integrate mobile apps with event‑streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka) and microservice back‑ends.
• Debug complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to shared libraries and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex mobile systems.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely and take ownership of deliverables.

• Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) native development.
• Kafka or similar event‑streaming platforms.
• Microservices and event‑driven architecture.
• SQL databases and data handling in mobile contexts.
• Kubernetes and Infrastructure‑as‑Code concepts.
• Kotlin Multiplatform, Compose Multiplatform.
• gRPC and Protobuf.
• CI/CD tooling and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
