Senior Agentic Product Designer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking a Senior Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of client product teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to create AI‑native, SaaS, and complex platform experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client product teams and contribute to end‑to‑end design initiatives.
• Design user interfaces for AI‑powered products, copilots, conversational agents, and workflow automation tools.
• Maintain and evolve component libraries, design systems, and handoff workflows in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in agile/scrum environments.
• Identify and solve complex design challenges while ensuring accessibility and visual consistency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional product or UX/UI design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI‑native, SaaS, or complex platform projects.
• Proven ability to take extreme ownership and deliver high‑quality work remotely.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto‑layout, component libraries, variables, prototyping, developer handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and accessibility principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and delivering design assets in fast‑paced environments.
