Designer & Online Community Builder

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Designer & Online Community Builder to create and grow a new, non‑partisan online community of everyday American citizens. This remote position will shape the platform, visual identity, and communication channels from the ground up, supporting a mission‑driven movement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the community platform on Circle.so.
• Integrate the platform with a newsletter and blog system (e.g., Kit.com, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Substack).
• Create scroll‑stopping graphics, carousels, documents, and video assets for the website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Produce and edit video content for community engagement.
• Support sister consulting practice and select high‑integrity business clients as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent C2‑level English with flawless, persuasive writing.
• Hands‑on experience building and managing online communities or membership sites.
• Strong passion for the mission and appreciation of American civic values.
• Self‑starter, responsible, and continuously improving.

• Graphic design software: Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Beautiful.AI.
• Video editing tools: CapCut (and related AI tools).
