Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support BairesDev’s staffing strategy on a fully remote basis. The role involves collaborating with recruiting, operations and client services teams to identify talent, present candidates and improve hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for open positions across the company.
• Gather and verify profile information for each opening.
• Partner with the recruiting department to source and assess candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover farming opportunities within accounts.
• Recommend and implement improvements to staffing and recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Systems, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment or project management.
• Strong analytical abilities, extreme attention to detail and effective multitasking.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
