Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Analyst at BairesDev, you will ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding candidates and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet hiring timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, follow up on their progress, and maintain strong relationships during the selection process.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and soft skills to determine fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interviews and coding challenges, and serve as the liaison during client interviews.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while keeping candidates engaged.
• Collect and accurately convey candidate information to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.
