Project Manager – Digital Experience Agency

About the role

Verndale is seeking a Project Manager who is passionate about delivering world‑class interactive experiences. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, overseeing enterprise‑scale websites, web applications, and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with internal teams and clients.
• Handle multiple simultaneous tasks, proactively solving problems and involving the right stakeholders.
• Produce client‑facing documents such as briefs, requirements, specifications, wireframes, site maps, and mockups.
• Drive teams to meet timelines, maintain the critical path, and lead regular stand‑ups and design reviews.
• Facilitate alignment across Verndale teams, clients, and third parties, removing barriers to progress.
• Negotiate issues throughout the project lifecycle and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Deliver regular status and budget reports to leadership.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and identify opportunities for clients.
• Support account revenue growth through strong client knowledge and project awareness.

Required profile

• Availability to work 9‑5 PST.
• 3+ years managing teams building CMS‑backed websites, web apps, or mobile apps in an agency environment.
• 2‑5 years full‑lifecycle web project management for consumer or business sites.
• 1‑3 years managing client relationships in an agency or consultancy.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Effective collaboration in matrixed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of HTML.
• Experience with CMS platforms.
• Proficiency with project management tools, techniques, and processes.
