About the role

The Operator II – CEM role supports field operations in the oil and gas sector, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and safely. You will work on‑site, applying your mechanical knowledge and collaborating with a diverse team to meet production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Apply a thorough understanding of basic oil and gas industry practices to operate field equipment safely.
• Use mechanical aptitude to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and keep equipment running.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and report status.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in the oil and gas sector and completion of product line training.

Required skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
