Learning & Assessment Consultant – Manta, Ecuador

About the role

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a motivated Learning & Assessment Consultant to drive commercial growth in Ecuador. Based in Manta, you will work field‑based and hybrid, representing Cambridge as a trusted partner to schools, institutions, and channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Grow revenue and profitability within the assigned territory while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing customer relationships through direct visits and tailored support.
• Collaborate with distributors, agents, and exam centres to maximise order fulfilment and performance.
• Record all customer activity in Salesforce to support accurate forecasting.
• Contribute to local marketing initiatives and provide market and competitor insights.
• Uphold Cambridge’s values, ethics and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Degree or high‑school‑diploma level education.
• Good knowledge of the Ecuadorian educational system.
• Proven sales or business‑development experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Spanish at C1 level (or equivalent).
