About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage and staff its growing portfolio of technology projects. Working remotely, you will act as the bridge between client services, sales, and the talent acquisition team, ensuring the right candidates are matched to the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, select, and present pre‑vetted candidates for ongoing IT business opportunities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side, maintaining optimal time‑to‑market.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition to fill open positions efficiently.
• Review and filter candidate pipelines according to defined parameters.
• Write candidate summaries and edit resumes for effective presentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced, remote work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Advanced level of English.
