Hybrid Software Development Internship – Quito

About the role

We are looking for motivated Software Development Interns to join our Quito team on a hybrid basis. The internship offers hands‑on experience in real client projects, collaboration with senior developers, and exposure to an international consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers on diverse software projects.
• Participate in pair‑programming sessions and Agile training.
• Contribute to international client projects under guidance.
• Engage in regular 1:1 meetings and continuous learning activities.

Required profile

• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems or a related degree (final semesters).
• Available to work 6 consecutive hours per day, finishing by 6 pm.
• Solid understanding of software development, systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to write well‑structured code in an object‑oriented language.
• Creative, pragmatic mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.
